As a certified and credentialed coach (ACC), Alison works with CEOs and business owners to improve their performance as the business’s ultimate leader. The tools and techniques she uses, while business focused, serve to improve the leader’s performance in all aspects of their personal and professional lives.

Alison works with leaders to enhance their capabilities in three broad realms:

Alison is a certified practitioner of the EQ Profile, a tool that assesses a leaders self awareness, resilience and empathy. She uses this tool to help her clients better understand themselves and how their past experiences shape their current actions and reactions to others and the environment. This tool focuses on the leader’s internal experience. It is particularly important in this stressful economic environment to understand how we contribute to the conflicts we are facing.

Also, Alison is a certified practitioner of the Conflict Dynamics Profile, a tool that maps a leaders behaviors before, during and after a conflict. She uses this tool to help her clients better see themselves in conflict and how their behaviors in conflict impact their relationships. This tool focuses on the leader’s behaviors or their external/visible experience.

Finally, Alison works with leaders to improve the development of their people. This is the most powerful way a leader can create value for himself, his company and his employees. Alison helps leaders understand how to create leverage, sustainability and an aligned organization through the development of their leadership team. While team development is always important, it’s particularly critical now as we reduce employee benefits and align their compensation and incentive with a new economic reality.
