Whitmire
Working individually with company leaders, Alison helps her clients get off the day to day treadmill to focus on the important over the urgent, to drive toward the strategic over the tactical. She supports her clients in honing their leadership, bringing forward their highest and best self, integrating all aspects of their lives. It’s her ability to make people feel cared for that allows Alison to help her clients confront the aspects of themselves and their organizations that aren’t working.
Alison has worked with more than 50 Puget Sound area CEOs, Presidents, business owners and executive directors of small to medium sized for-profit and non-profit organizations, clarifying and narrowing their focus, accelerating their decision making and forwarding their action. Through their work with Alison, these people have become better leaders, who make better decisions and get better results.
Alison’s career has consisted of both corporate and entrepreneurial experiences. Her corporate experience includes working for such companies as Ernst and Young, Furash Consulting, Bank of America and Medtronic. As an entrepreneur, she started Emergence Coaching and Consulting.
